What 'full-service' actually means
A full-service apparel production manufacturer handles the whole pipeline: tech pack development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk cutting and sewing, decoration (print, embroidery, patches, rhinestones), quality control, labelling, packing, and door-to-door shipping.
A non-full-service factory does one or two of those steps and expects you to coordinate the rest. That is fine if you have a production team. If you don't, it means you become the production team — chasing fabric mills, printers, embroiderers, and freight forwarders yourself.
The full-service manufacturer checklist
- Will they build a tech pack with you if you don't have one?
- Do they source fabric to your target weight, hand-feel, and colour?
- Do they sample in-house and turn revisions around quickly?
- Can they run rhinestones, chenille, puff print, embroidery, and sublimation?
- Do they QC every unit against the approved sample and share reject photos?
- Do they handle labels, hangtags, polybags, and branded mailers?
- Do they ship worldwide door-to-door, including customs paperwork?
- Is their MOQ realistic for the size of drop you are actually launching?
Red flags to walk away from
- No real production photos — only stock renders or Instagram grids scraped from other brands.
- MOQs that jump from 30 to 500 with no middle ground.
- Vague or shifting timelines with no sampling schedule.
- Zero visibility into QC — no reject photos, no measurement reports.
- Slow or one-word replies during the quoting stage. That is how they will communicate during production too.
Why Fateh Wear is a full-service partner
Everything happens under one roof: sampling, cutting, sewing, print, embroidery, rhinestones, chenille, sublimation, personal QC, packing, and worldwide shipping. One point of contact, one accountable team, one deadline.
We build tech packs with founders who don't have them, source fabric to your exact spec, and personally sign off on QC before anything ships. Clients across the USA, UK, and Canada trust us because production is not a hand-off — it is a partnership.
